Accessible In-Vehicle Communication for DHH Drivers Using One-Handed Sign Language

This project explores the use of one-handed sign language and fingerspelling as alternative communication methods for DHH drivers when interacting with vehicle systems. Utilizing a Wizard of Oz (WoZ) approach, we investigated user preferences for three camera positions to detect sign language and feedback methods during interaction.
